Gotta have at least one of these in order to get on the internet. They are all available for free and they all run on Windows systems. Some Linux and Mac versions are also available, but you need to check a little bit further. We are not very thrilled with the AOL browser; it has always seemed to interpose an extra layer between the raw web and the AOL user. It is however quite popular, so go ahead if that's what you like, just do it.

Our choices are Mozilla's Firefox, Google's Chrome, but the others are also very fine browsers and it is hard to pick amongst them. We like to have at least 3 different browsers on any of our computers. There are many sites that require membership and some of us have 2 3 various ones It helps when you are let's say the manager, webmaster as well as a regular member of a site; In addition you may want to browse as a guest in order to make sure that you have defined all of these roles correctly. So for all the other browsers, a nice big GREEN light will do.
